An Oceanside, California homeowner shot and killed an alleged intruder armed with rocks and a stick just before 7:30 Monday night.
ABC 10 News report The home is in the “4100 block of Diamond Circle.”
The alleged intruder, a 22-year-old man, entered the home through the back door. The homeowner confronted the intruder and fired three shots, one of which struck the intruder in the chest.

FOX 5/Kushi I got it. Officers quickly arrived on the scene and attempted to save the alleged intruder’s life, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
No information has been released about the type of firearm used by the homeowner.
