Alleged Intruder Gets Shot After Assaulting Homeowner

An intruder was shot and killed after allegedly attacking a Phoenix, Arizona homeowner around 4 a.m. Saturday.

12 News Reported The residence where the incident occurred is “near 11th Avenue and Fillmore Street.”

The homeowner said the alleged intruder entered his backyard and attacked him before being shot.

ABC15 attention The alleged intruder fled the scene after being shot, but Phoenix police surrounded him and quickly arrested him. The suspect was later taken to a hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
