A man arrested Wednesday on suspicion of stealing $200 worth of beauty products from a popular Texas chain offered a female deputy sex and cash in hopes of getting her released, according to law enforcement. It is said that
Harris County 4th Precinct Police Constables say Chehaly Villalobos Santoyo, 30, is suspected of leaving Alta Beauty with more than $186 in hidden items that she never paid for.
The woman was tracked down by police and taken into custody, authorities said.
Police said Villalobos-Santoyo tried in vain to persuade the male deputy to release him by “offering sex acts and cash” as he was taken to prison.
Photos released by law enforcement agencies show the suspect, red-faced and disheveled in the back of a police car.
She arrived at the county jail and was arrested on charges of theft and bribery.
