Share the Arrows Conference Returns in Dallas

Allie Beth Stuckey’s annual women’s conference, Share the Arrows, took place for its third year in Dallas, Texas, on Saturday. Stuckey, who is known for her “Relatable” podcast, created this event to uplift and empower Christian women in the face of a culture that often challenges their beliefs.

The event featured a lineup of notable figures from the evangelical community, including Rosaria Butterfield, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Alisa Childers, and Costi Hinn. The worship segment was led by the Christian music duo Shane & Shane.

Stuckey, who is nearing the final weeks of her pregnancy with her fourth child, delivered an impassioned closing speech emphasizing the significance of clarity and courage—central themes of both the conference and her work.

“Clarity comes from knowing God and His Word, and courage comes from trusting God and His Word,” she stated, underscoring that these two concepts are often not in alignment as they should be. When clarity and trust falter, Stuckey warned, individuals may find themselves in peril.

She referenced the account from Genesis, explaining how Eve initially recognized God’s command but ultimately faltered in trusting it when confronted by the serpent’s deceptive question: “Did God really say…?” Despite knowing the truth, Eve’s decision led to disobedience, which Stuckey believes illustrates a persistent issue today—knowing God’s Word without trusting it.

Stuckey highlighted that even in today’s world, Christians often grapple with the same doubts. The enemy, she remarked, is cunning in offering something that closely resembles the truth, which can mislead people.

“Satan is a master of counterfeits,” she cautioned. If believers do not genuinely know and trust God, they risk falling prey to such deceptions.

Turning the focus toward modern dilemmas, she noted that many people are aware of biblical teachings regarding issues like gender and marriage, yet they still choose not to adhere to those principles. “Knowledge of the Bible isn’t sufficient without trust in God,” she reiterated.

She cited Jesus’ own confrontation with temptation as a contrast to Eve’s experience. Jesus responded to temptation by relying on God’s Word, succeeding where Eve did not, due to her lack of trust.

Emphasizing God’s love and righteousness, Stuckey urged attendees to trust Him. “If God is for me, then what He commands is ultimately for my good,” she expressed, reminding everyone that mere acknowledgment of truth is different from placing trust in it.
