As baseless conspiracy theories surrounding the pop icon continue to swirl online, a new poll finds nearly one-fifth of Americans believe Taylor Swift is involved in a “secret” effort to help President Biden get re-elected. The respondents answered that they thought it was possible.
A Monmouth University poll released Wednesday found that 18% of Americans said they believed there was a “covert government operation” by Swift to help Biden win the election. 73% said they did not believe such an initiative existed, and 9% said they were not aware of it.
