Trump Governed as if He Has Nothing to Lose, Says Ambassador Crowley
At a recent event with Breitbart News, Ambassador Monica Crowley remarked that President Trump is acting as if he has “literally nothing to lose.” This observation came as she leads initiatives for America’s 250th anniversary and urged Americans to “not be a panicker” during Trump’s continued leadership.
Crowley pointed out Trump’s long history in the public eye, emphasizing, “He’s been a public figure for 50 years. If you still don’t know who this man is, what he believes, or what his actions might be, I don’t know how to explain it.” She referred to him as “the most honest president we’ve ever had.”
She reminisced about their discussions, mentioning, “He confesses to me what his purpose is,” and elaborated on the idea that America is under a continual spiritual assault rooted in its Christian founding principles.
“Since day one, this country has faced spiritual challenges—the Revolutionary War, the Civil War, the Great Depression, two world wars,” she noted, asserting that “dark forces” are attempting to destabilize the nation. Trump, she believes, comprehends this ongoing spiritual battle.
“I think he feels the weight of that,” Crowley said. “Like the Founding Fathers, he sees that every day is a struggle because we’re under constant attack.” She highlighted Trump’s dedication, saying, “This man wakes up every day, puts on the armor of God, and fights for America.” She encouraged others who support the country to do likewise, acknowledging, “I’m proud every day,” and recognized the efforts of those around her, including Breitbart News.
Crowley remarked on Trump’s strategy, saying, “When you see something that seems a bit off, remember that he understands the larger picture.” She added, “Everybody’s chasing that shiny object while he’s already focused on something else. There’s always a plan behind his actions.” Reflecting on a popular tweet from last year, she stated, “Someone said, ‘President Trump is governing like someone who has been arrested, raided, impeached, indicted and shot.’ That’s accurate, because he has nothing left to lose.”
“He’s completely fearless and won’t waste a moment in this administration,” she concluded. “We’re all trying to keep up with his pace.”
