Influencer Andrew Tate called the Florida Attorney General's decision to begin investigating him and his brother Tristan “absolute communism.”
“Absolute Communism. I was in America for five days. I sat on my laptop and did a podcast. I was crazy, “Old Tate's brother.” I wrote it on Tuesday Post X from Social Platform X. “I'm extremely disappointed in the US.”

His statement surprised authorities who said they were not warned about their decision to re-enter the United States after their arrival in Sunshine Province, facing criminal claims of human trafficking and sexual assault in Romania.
The Tate Brothers retained US-UK dual citizenship and were subject to travel restrictions until late February.
The two denied involvement in the illegal activities, but Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) made it clear that criminal activities were not tolerated.

But Andrew Tate criticised DeSantis' leadership, pointing to the FBI's seizing of classification documents and property from President Trump's María Lago Resort in West Palm Beach, Florida, as a sign of his disloyalty.
