Angel Reese Slapped With $1,000 Fine By WNBA For Not Doing Post-Game Interviews After Loss To Caitlin Clark: REPORT

WNBA forwards and Angel Reese Following Saturday’s loss to Caitlin Clark’s Indiana Fever, Reese was fined $1,000 for violating the league’s media policy, and the Chicago Sky were fined $5,000 for their players’ failure to follow WNBA rules, according to ESPN. The Sky lost to the Fever 71-70 in the first game of the WNBA Commissioner’s Cup.

Attended a press conference with the Chicago Guard Chennedy Carter and Center Camila CardosoReese made her WNBA debut in Saturday’s game, with head coach Teresa Weatherspoon also in attendance. Not only did Reese not show up to the press conference, she appeared to leave the arena before the media session began. Yahoo Sports.
