Anna Camp, at 42, has come out in support of her relationship with 24-year-old Jade Whipkey, highlighting an 18-year age difference. She shared her thoughts during an Instagram post celebrating their recent red carpet appearance.

Camp remarked, “I’ve dated men my age, and Jade is way more mature than any of them.” The actress noted their strong connection, saying, “We have more in common than anyone else we’ve dated, so we can literally talk about everything.”

Despite some online backlash regarding their age gap, Camp emphasized that everyone is entitled to their opinions, wishing them well, especially during Pride Month.

Critics have voiced concerns about their relationship. One user questioned how a solid foundation could exist between someone in mid-30s and a 20-year-old, while another expressed worries about power dynamics in age-disparate relationships.

Camp and Whipkey made their red carpet debut last Wednesday at the “Bride Hard” premiere in Los Angeles, holding hands and smiling for photos. They confirmed their relationship on social media in May, with Whipkey describing Camp’s beauty through a heartfelt Instagram caption.

Previously, Camp was married to Skylar Astin, her co-star from “Pitch Perfect,” from 2016 to 2019.
