Annie Agar wants everyone to know she’s doing well.
Known for her humorous NFL-themed skits, Agar, who has gained a significant following, posted a two-minute video on Monday evening to clarify things after a photo she shared on Sunday raised some eyebrows.
“Honestly, I wasn’t even planning to address this because I wasn’t sure if it was worth it,” Agar mentioned. “But the comments have been getting a bit out of hand. I’m fine, really.”
In the image that sparked the chatter, she was seen by the water, wearing short jean shorts and a cropped camo tank top, grinning while holding a small fish.
She joked about Browns wide receiver Jerry Jeudy in the caption, writing, “Still a better catch rate than Jerry Jeudy.”
However, many of her followers took to the comments to express concerns about her appearance and weight loss. Some speculated if she had started using Ozempic, a claim she vehemently denied in her video.
“There have been a lot of comments about Ozempic,” she stated. “First off, I don’t take Ozempic. Seriously, don’t take it. It’s funny because I’m a huge hypochondriac, and my family makes jokes about it. I don’t even take Tylenol, the side effects freak me out.”
She elaborated on her health journey, attributing her shape to healthier eating and increased physical activity.
“Losing weight is really just math,” she explained. “I avoid refined sugar and alcohol. I do drink occasionally, especially at country concerts—it just depends on the week.”
“I cut out all refined sugar, and I focus on whole foods. I even walk diagonally! It’s been life-changing.”
Agar, who is 30, also said she’s willing to change her content strategy if similar reactions happen in the future.
