Another person accused in connection with fires at properties linked to Keir Starmer

Charges Filed in Connection with Fires Linked to Keir Starmer

A second individual has been charged regarding the fires that occurred at two locations and a vehicle associated with Keir Starmer. This follows an investigation led by a counter-terrorism detective.

The Metropolitan Police announced that 26-year-old Stanislav Kalpiuk, a Romanian national, faces charges of conspiracy to commit arson with the intent of endangering lives.

Kalpiuk was apprehended at Luton Airport on Saturday, May 17. He is set to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.

He is alleged to have conspired with Lovelinovich from Rome, who has already been charged with three counts of arson aimed at risking lives; details about other potential accomplices have not yet been disclosed.

Scotland Yard’s counterterrorism unit took charge of the investigation after a fire incident in north London.

The detective is looking into three cases, one involving a fire at the family home of the Prime Minister in northwest London. The fire was reported to authorities by the firefighters early last week, resulting in damage at the entrance, but fortunately, there were no injuries.

Interestingly, a vehicle that Starmer sold to a neighbor last year was also involved, having appeared on the same street just four days ago.

On May 11, firefighters responded to a small blaze at the front door of the property, which is believed to have been resided in during the 1990s, prior to its conversion into flats. London Fire Brigade reported that one individual was safely assisted by firefighters utilizing breathing apparatus.

In total, police have arrested three individuals connected to the fires, with an additional 34 people taken into custody on Monday in Chelsea, London.

Last week, a 21-year-old Ukrainian named Lavrynovych became the first person charged with three counts of arson with the intent to endanger lives, following his arrest early Tuesday morning in Sydenham, southeast London.
