ANOTHER whistleblower exposesTexas Children’s Hospital

Remember the whistleblower? Dr. Eisan Haim reveals that Texas Children’s Hospital secretly continued to perform illegal sex-change surgeriesIn May 2023, Haim shared anonymously redacted medical documents with journalist Christopher Rufo, who broke the story, but Haim was charged with four counts of violating HIPAA, even though the substantive documents he provided omitted all classified information.

Now, another whistleblower has come forward: Vanessa Sivaggi, a former employee and pediatric nurse at Texas Children’s Hospital, who also witnessed medical staff illegally continuing a transgender medical program.

After Rufo’s story went public, Vanessa anonymously corroborated the report.

of FBI targets Haim First, given that Haim had provided information to Rufo anonymously, it looked to Vanessa as an accomplice in his reporting, which was unlikely.

But thanks to her courage and faith in God, Vanessa didn’t give in to the FBI’s threats. Just a few weeks ago, she blew the whistle on Texas Children’s Hospital for using Medicaid to fund an illegal transgender medical program.

But this time, she says, she is “bravely sharing my name, my face and my story in the hopes of playing a role in dismantling this destructive part of our health care system.” Allie Beth Stuckeysat down with Vanessa to hear the details of the story.

“We have seen numerous instances where Texas Children’s Hospital has committed Medicaid fraud by using Medicaid to cover transgender medical treatments and hormone therapy, and by misdiagnosing transgender patients in order to access Medicaid,” she told Ally.

Due to “document discrepancies,” Vanessa was admitted to Texas Children’s Hospital [was] “Using Medicaid to cover transgender care” is “illegal under Texas Medicaid policy,” it said, and it also observed that doctors “intentionally misdiagnose transgender patients to justify cross-sex hormones.”

“Here’s one example: A healthy 16-year-old male was officially diagnosed with estrogen deficiency, and a doctor was able to prescribe estrogen to this healthy boy under Medicaid,” she says.
