“So, bam! A freak soccer incident has left me with these injuries!” he explained in his update.
The 46-year-old discussed being “forced to take a break” following the surgery and acknowledged that perhaps this is a wake-up call to prioritize his health. He seems committed to treating his body with more care and kindness moving forward.
He concluded his message with a note of gratitude for all the supportive advice he received.
