Anthony Bass, Blue Jays Pitcher Who Apologized for Posting Target Boycott Video, to Catch First Pitch at Pride Night

Anthony Bass issued an apology reminiscent of the hostage video after posting a video without comment that appeared to support efforts to boycott Target. But apparently that wasn’t enough.

Late last month, Bass shared a post on Instagram from a creator named Ryan Miller that used scripture to call Christians to action and boycott companies that target their brands to the LGBTQ community during Pride Month. It was what I did.

But just 24 hours later, the Blue Jays’ right-hand man was caught making a lengthy comment with a statement apologizing for the offense he had caused.

Full surrender on the Bass side was a very humble character, but the Blue Jays weren’t happy. That’s because, according to reports, they chose Bass to catch the first pitch of the first game of the Pride weekend festivities.

The Blue Jays seem to have no limits in humiliating this man and Bass seems willing to forgive them. The lesson here is clear. We should never apologize to the left. ever.
