On Tuesday, hundreds of anti-Israel protesters were captured on video streaming down the steps of Moynihan Train Hall at New York’s Penn Station to board a train to Columbia University.
Protesters were captured on video and heard walking up the stairs to the station. chantingSome people were seen holding Palestinian flags and banners that read “Freedom, Freedom, Palestine.”

Once inside, protesters reportedly “marched en masse and stood facing the A train uptown.” new york post report.

Reportedly, between 50 and 100 anti-Israel demonstrators were able to squeeze onto the crowded train.
As they board the train, the demonstrators say, “You’ll see the train uptown. Palestine is almost free.”
Early Tuesday morning, Columbia University restricted access to campus for the remainder of the semester after anti-Israel protesters occupied Hamilton Hall, an academic building on campus.

Protesters were captured on video breaking windows, bringing in barricades and hanging pro-Palestinian banners in windows.
The university responded by threatening to expel the students currently occupying the building.

The first anti-Israel camp was set up at Columbia University on April 17th. The next day, several students were suspended and hundreds of protesters attending the camp were arrested.
After the university removed the first encampment, a second encampment appeared in its place.
