Antonio Brown has stayed active lately, even as he faces attempted murder charges. This week, he visited rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine’s home in Florida, where he also interacted with popular YouTube streamer Adin Ross.
During their time together, Brown, 6ix9ine, and Ross took a lie detector test. Interestingly, the test confirmed that Brown wasn’t being truthful when he claimed to regret his shirtless exit from the field at MetLife Stadium in 2022. However, he did genuinely express that he still appreciates Ben Roethlisberger and enjoys his time with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Before diving into the test, the trio spent time playing pickup football outside. They were particularly alert, given 6ix9ine’s past legal troubles and some recent home invasions. At one point, Ross jokingly asked Brown if anyone would “make” him into Charlie Kirk, referencing the political commentator’s assassination last month.
6ix9ine had made similar remarks to fans who drove by his place before, highlighting how their environment had everyone on edge. Kirk was tragically killed during a debate at Utah Valley University; he was just 31 years old.
Brown, who had been extradited from Dubai over the attempted murder charges, is alleged to have fired at someone who had waved a Palestinian flag during Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl halftime show. Earlier, a man named Zulkarnain Kwame Nantambu had been arrested for charges related to public disturbances, and a connection to the Super Bowl incident surfaced.
A video surfaced showing Brown seemingly struggling in a parking lot as chaos erupted; gunshots were heard shortly afterward, prompting bystanders to flee. Notably, Brown acknowledged having hit a security guard during that incident but told police, “I didn’t do anything.”
Reports from the Washington Post indicated that a warrant for Brown’s arrest had been issued shortly thereafter. In a social media post, he expressed frustration about someone named Nantan City, saying, “[tried] you steal from me and threaten my life.”
Brown’s legal troubles are not new; he settled several accusations of rape and sexual misconduct back in 2019. More recently, he pleaded no contest to felony assault and theft charges in 2020 and was arrested again this year for failing to pay child support.
