Rick Grenell, then-President Donald Trump’s acting director of national intelligence, said: Breitbart News Saturday Political operatives are reportedly pushing a hit record against Ohio Senate Republican candidate Bernie Moreno to oppose “America First.”
Grenell spoke. Breitbart News Saturday When the Associated Press published a “vulgar” article attacking Moreno “despite debunking the allegations in the article and withholding important evidence that further undermines the legitimacy of the story,” host Matthew・Boyle said.
Breitbart News’ Bradley Jay reported:
The hit story involves a profile posted in 2008 on a casual sexual encounter website called Adult Friend Finder. The profile, exposed in a website data breach, was created using internal emails and literature used on the website of a company owned by Moreno. According to the Associated Press, the caption on the profile, which has no photo and was last accessed about six hours after it was created, reads, “Looking for a young man to have fun with while traveling.” It is said that he is suffering.
Despite a sworn statement by a former intern at Moreno’s company, the Associated Press said the intern created a profile as a “youth prankster” using email addresses controlled by staff members, including the intern, suggesting Moreno’s possible involvement. A hit article was broadcast that questioned the The Associated Press, by its own admission, lacked evidence linking Moreno to the account.
Grenell said Moreno must go after the AP’s biased reporting.
“First of all, I think Bernie Moreno needs to sue the Associated Press, even if it means forcing the Associated Press into bankruptcy. He’s furious. He knows it’s fake, and the team, the Bernie Moreno team, presented all the information. They knew it was fake,” Grenell said. said.
A former Trump administration official said the article was “fake news that absolutely helps Democrats.”
He added, “Bernie Moreno should sue the Associated Press for deliberately spreading fake news and interfering in the election.” Grenell added that the hit against Moreno happened “five days before Tuesday’s primary.”

He stressed that the Associated Press published this hit piece to avoid giving the Moreno team time to debunk the piece.
Mr. Grenell accused Mr. Dolan of bowing to a “woke” mob, and said the operatives pushing the idea favored Mr. Moreno’s America First positions, including his opposition to endless aid to Ukraine. He said no.
Grenell said, “Matt Dolan, who bowed to the ‘woke’ mob to change the name of the Cleveland Indians, failed to stand up enough to the woke mob in Cleveland and Ohio and asked the senator to… I have no right to be.” He’s a charlatan, he’s weak, and all the operatives who are pushing this story, all the operatives who don’t like America First, all the operatives who worked to push this story, and this story. All operatives working to promote should come out. We need to know exactly who is pushing this narrative for partisan political gain, and they should be known as the promoters of disinformation and fake news. ”
