Apocalyptic video shows two men and a dog in a house surrounded by flames as wildfires spread across Los Angeles due to extreme winds.
A video that is currently going viral shows a fire roaring dangerously close to a home. Huge flames and smoke are visible outside the back window of the living room, engulfing the house. You can hear the wind howling and whistling in the background.
“It's okay,” the man said to the dog, which wagged its tail.
“Oh, shit,” the man said as the wind pushed the flames closer to the house.
“Don't open the windows. Don't open anything,” he continued, as the two men stared in amazement at what they were witnessing.
Social media user Kevin Dalton, Western Journal I will explain The “former Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors candidate” added in the update: “I have heard that both dogs and humans were safely evacuated from the property.”
Many social media users expressed relief at reports that two men and their dog had escaped the horrific fire safely.
“Oh, thank God! I couldn't get those things out of my head!” One said.
“I don't know how they got out of there. They're very lucky. The wind is outrageous,” says another. added.
“I literally just came here to find out this. I saw this clip on TV this morning and I was like, 'Wow!' [sic] I'm really glad they were successful. it is [sic] Very nice,” said another. said.
Numerous videos have been posted on social media showing people evacuating as fire descends on their homes.
Current CalFire list There are currently five active wildfires in the area: Palisades Fire, Eaton Fire, Hearst Fire, Woodley Fire, and Tyler Fire. All but the Tyler fire are 0% contained, according to CalFire.
