Stephen A. Smith claimed he was done talking about Jason Whitlock, but then began publishing papers about the more than a decade of pain that Whitlock’s criticisms had caused him.
And he continues to show the world that he is incapable of answering legitimate questions and is what Whitlock calls a “pathological liar.”
“I don’t know anyone worse than Jason Whitlock,” Smith said on the show. “He’s the worst. He’s going to have a funeral, but he’s not going to be the casket bearer. There might be two people who show up.”
Smith then started calling him “fat.”
Whitlock is well aware of what Smith is doing and that it is a distraction.
“I’m going to rant and rave and name-call and name-call and create all this distraction, and that’s my response to Jason Whitlock’s valid question, valid point. ‘About the lies told in the memoir,’ Whitlock says.
“Virtually everything in this man’s memoir is questionable,” he added.
Whitlock noted that Smith’s response was not to dispute Whitlock’s claims, but simply to call him a “fat son of a bitch” and the worst person alive.
He believes Smith is immune to this problem because “American culture as a whole is so corrupt that no one cares about the truth.” No one has reasonable expectations. ”
“Stephen A. Smith was a 56-year-old man who acted like a 10-year-old growing up in a single-parent home,” Whitlock said.
“And no one batted an eye. No one in the media criticized him.”
