Apple IPO anniversary: How much would a $1,000 investment be worth today?

Apple on Thursday marked the tech giant's 44th anniversary. Initial public offering (IPO) It was just days after the company's market capitalization reached an all-time high, highlighting its growth over the past 40 years.
