Tragic Death of Argentinian Singer Fede Dorcas

Reports indicate that an Argentinian singer and model was fatally shot by robbers on a motorcycle just days before he was set to appear on a reality show.

Fede Dorcas, 29, was shot three times, including a shot to the neck, on Thursday in the Amplación Daniel Garza area of Mexico City, as announced by local authorities.

While the police have not released an official motive or identified any suspects, various media sources suggest that this incident was clearly an attempted robbery.

Dorcas was reportedly returning home from a dance rehearsal when two motorcycles blocked his vehicle and opened fire, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Just a few days later, he was scheduled to participate in the Mexican dance competition show “Las Estrellas Bailán en Huy,” a program intended to mourn the loss of a rising star.

“The HOY family is in mourning for the delicate passing of our friend and colleague Fede Dorcas,” tweeted the program, adding their condolences to his family, parents, and girlfriend, Mariana Avila.

Avila and Dorcas were supposed to present themselves as a couple on the new season of the show.

A popular influencer known as “Lover of Sadness” expressed grief over the senseless killing in a heartfelt social media post.

In an emotional message posted on social media, Avila shared, “You will always be my favorite person in the whole world. I love you, and I will always love you.”

She continued, “I can’t bear another day without you, baby. I miss your good night messages; please come back. I don’t know how I’d be strong without you beside me.”

Dorcas gained fame in Mexico for songs like “No Eres Tu” and “Cara Bonita,” both of which achieved top 10 status on Mexican radio. He also modeled for well-known brands like Giorgio Armani and Dolce & Gabbana.
