Hutchinson sued the companies, alleging that Jamie Lee Komoroski, 26, crashed her Enterprise rental car into a golf cart carrying Miller, 34, and Hutchinson, 36, while driving home from their beachside wedding reception, which was scheduled for April 2023.

In his wrongful death lawsuit, Hutchinson accused the bar of over-serving Komorowski with alcohol.
