According to family and friends involved, the “handsome” and “heavyly loved” Arizona yoga teacher has been missing for almost a month since he met the blind date.
Marcus Freiberger, 45, set out for a romantic meetup in Phoenix on February 21, but hasn't been seen since. Reported by Fox 10 Phoenix.
Describing his son as “handsome, young, ambitious, loved and preferred by his friends,” Freiberger's dad doesn't know if his son met anyone that night, but he doubts “foul play.”
“There's no reason for him to disappear… Even if he decides to go somewhere, he'll at least call his friend and take Thomas with him. 12 Telled the news Thursday.
Freiberger recently found a gig at a local yoga studio and was an instant hit among clients, Dutch told the outlet.
He said he was between the apartments when Freiberger disappeared and had previously suffered from drug and money issues.
However, the worried dad said that his son was on the right track, had plenty of friends and there was no obvious reason to be willing to go off-grid.
“Usually, Marcus would call his mother… he loves FaceTime and he'll call her a few days, three days apart, then suddenly the phone stopped,” Dutch Fryburger told 12 News.
