'Armed disturbance' at Florida naval base apparently false alarm

Military officials and local law enforcement on Thursday responded to “active shooter situations” at Collie Station in Pensacola, Florida, but no signs of a shooting were found, the Navy announced.

The Naval Aviation Administration's Pensacola has several Navy Information Squadron training commands. The Collie Station is located approximately two miles north of the installation.
