According to Attorney General Pam Bondi, the same underground nightclub is frequented by members of the Tren de Aragua and MS-13 gang.
Prior to the attack, the Colorado Springs Police Department received a 911 call related to Wahke, citing a variety of alleged crimes, including weapons violations, assault, drugs and other violent crimes.
Orona Rodriguez was one of more than 12 Army Service members of Wahke when the search warrant was executed on Sunday.
The FBI Special Agent who filed the affidavit wrote that based on information from the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division, Orona Rodriguez received a developmental counseling form from his commander in the spring of 2025, particularly regarding immortal safety, particularly drug distribution and firearms allegations.
The form came from Orona Rodriguez's commander, the agent wrote, and the suspect was then told that Immortal Security Operation LLC was off limits for military members.
