Artemis Delay Puts US in ‘Dead Heat’ With China in Moon Race

Space experts fear that NASA’s recent decision to push the date of its planned moon landing back could give China a major advantage in the new space race.

Last week, NASA announced that its astronauts will have to wait another year before flying to the moon and at least two more years before they can land on it. The flights would have been the first manned missions to the moon since 1972.
