Articles of Impeachment Filed Against Judge Who Stopped Deportations

Rep. Brandon Gill (R-TX) submitted an article on each of the bullet each to Judge James E. Boasberg, appointed by former President Barack Obama.

As reported by Breitbart News, over the weekend, Trump began to invoke the alien enemy laws and deport hundreds of illegal alien gang members at Tren de Aragua and the MS-13 Gangs.

The left-wing American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the democratic forwards associated with Soros have sued the Trump administration on behalf of five illegal aliens accused of being members of the gang to stop the deportation.

Boasburg issued A temporary restraining order to stop Trump from using alien enemies is issued to deport illegal alien gang members. Trump officials said they received orders from Boasberg when gang members had already landed in El Salvador.

In a statement from X, Gill published an article on the perch against a federal judge whose family has deep ties with the Democrats, claiming Boasberg's orders were “illegal and unconstitutional.”

“The purpose of Judge Boasberg's unconstitutional ruling is to bind President Trump's time and litigation resources and stop him from fulfilling his Democratic duties,” Gill wrote. “This ruling is a fundamental attack on our democratic institutions.”

“Judge Boasberg commands deportation flights to make the Air Force face air and return to the US. Circuit judges direct the movement of military forces overseas and how to implement foreign policy. It's illegal and unconstitutional. It's time for each ammo.”

In response to Boasburg's order, White House spokesman Caroline Leavitt said, “A single judge in a single city cannot direct the movement of aircraft carriers full of foreign alien terrorists physically expelled from US soil.”

“…The Supreme Court has repeatedly made it clear,” Leavitt said. “Federal courts generally have no authority to remove foreign terrorists from the US soil and deny declared aggression,” Lewitt said.

The last time a federal judge was fired by the House and convicted in the Senate was when Clinton-appointed judge G. Thomas Porteus Jr. was removed from the US District Court in Eastern District of Louisiana on charges of accepting bribes under Perjury's punishment and making a false statement.
