The woman identified as Jane Daw #1 from Indiana is suing the defendant for negligence, civil conspiracy, assault and battery, the effects of emotional distress and violations of South Carolina's Unfair Trade Practices Act. Christian Post Report.
Jane Doe claimed that the first incident was July 19, 1998 or that before 19-year-old Miller engaged in a “seemingly innocent conversation” with her, he thrust her into her father's office and eventually engaged in a “seemingly innocent conversation” with her towards his truck, where he was a 15-year-old virgin.
