Hough had a message for people who are “making judgments” about the situation after returning to X.
“It's called Google,” he wrote. “It's not hard to find celebrities like me. If you understand how to use the internet, you'll see that I've been divorced and he's been divorced for 6 years. Last I checked, one guy has been extensively married. There is no crime in sending a DM to.

Hough claimed he only felt embarrassed because he didn't do any research before contacting DeLuca.

Another user on X said Huff wasn't DeLuca's type, but he disagreed.

DeLuca claimed that Huff sent her a message after tagging her in a post that said bad things about her.
