Awkward moment as Jalen Hurts asked about Eagles’ White House visit

Jalen Hurts wouldn’t have said if the reigning champions were planning to join the Eagles when they visited the White House Monday.

While talking “time” on the red carpet Thursday at the Time 100 Gala in New York, the Eagles quarterback appeared to be stuck when asked about President Trump’s invitation.

“Um,” said the 26-year-old before his long break.

He looked away, licked his lips, and said nothing else.

The reporter moved things and said, “I got it, thank you very much.”
