After Texans linebacker Azeez Al Shaair injured Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence with a dangerous blow on Sunday, football fans unearthed old clips of his other questionable hits.
A compilation video posted by the X account @NFL_Memes shows other dangerous behavior throughout the linebacker's career, including one instance of him putting his hands around Tom Brady's throat during a play.
That particular example occurred in 2022, when Al Shaair was with the 49ers and Brady was in his final year with the Buccaneers.

Another video clearly shows Bears running back Roshon Johnson throwing a punch after the whistle in a game earlier this year.
The latest incident occurred during the second quarter of Sunday's game, in which the Texans defeated the Jaguars.
After the Jags QB elected to run with the ball, Lawrence began sliding.
As Lawrence slid, Al Shair took a hit that hit the quarterback in the head, forcing him to leave with a concussion.
The hit started a scuffle between both teams, and Al Shayer was sent off.
It is expected that Mr Al Shayr will be given further discipline following this incident.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Monday that the hit is “expected” to result in a suspension, but it wasn't clear how long.
Mr Al Sha'ir issued a lengthy statement via social media on Monday, apologizing to Mr Lawrence and criticizing the media and “racist” fans.
“Trevor, we sincerely apologize for what happened. We spoke before the game and said we were very happy to see you back on the field and wished you well. “I would never want to see a player hurt by a blow I delivered, especially one that was deemed 'slow' or 'unnecessary,'” the statement read in part.
