A 4-month-old infant was shot and killed along with his young mother in a broad daylight drive-by shooting in Hartford, Connecticut.
Police said Little Messiah Diaz was in a car with his 20-year-old mother, Jessica Mercado, and an unidentified man around 3 p.m. Tuesday when another car pulled up and someone fired shots. did.
