The Spanish football game involving popular team Barcelona FC has been postponed after the death of members of the team's medical staff, the club announced.
It is scheduled to start about 15 minutes before Saturday's home game with Osasuna at the Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium, and fans are reportedly postponed due to the death of Dr. Carls Minyaro Garcia.
“We are deeply saddened to announce the death of our first team, Carls Mignalo Garcia, tonight,” Barcelona said. The club also “expressed sincerely sadness to his family and friends during this difficult time.”

Barcelona did not immediately provide details on the cause of the death, which local media reports said were due to medical reasons.
“Unbelievable,” Barcelona player Ronald Araujo wrote in X.

Miñarro Garcia, 50, joined Barcelona's first team medical staff last season after previously working with the Futsal team.
Osasuna said he agreed to demand that Barcelona not play the game. The Spanish Football Federation confirmed that the decision was official.
