Barron Trump to attend NYU

According to former President Trump, Barron Trump plans to attend business school at New York University (NYU).

“He's going to be attending a great school, the Stern School of Business at New York University,” the 45th president said.InterviewThe Daily Mail published the news on Wednesday.

“It's a very high quality place. He loved it here. He loved the school. We love NYU. I've known NYU for a long time. But NYU is one of the most highly regarded universities,” Trump said of his youngest son's college choice.

“I went to Wharton, but that's certainly something we considered. We didn't. I went to Stern,” Trump said, referring to his graduation from the University of Pennsylvania's business school.

The former president said the 18-year-old Trump, who graduated in May from Oxbridge Academy in West Palm Beach, Florida, had “been accepted to a lot of colleges,” and praised his son as a “very smart guy.”

“He's a very talented kid, but he's just not a kid anymore, he's just transitioned into something beyond a kid. He's doing very well.”

Barron Trump had a backpack on his shoulder. She was spotted entering NYU. He was accompanied by security forces on Wednesday.

Last month, the former president hinted that his and first lady Melania's son would attend college in New York, but did not specify which school.

While President Trump expects Barron to “do well” in college, he said November could pose new challenges for his son.

“Elections are always complicating factors, so we'll see how it goes,” Trump said.
