Another major Bengals off-season dominoes fell.
Due to the fate of several stars in Limbo, Cincinnati has re-signed tight ends to a three-year, $25.5 million deal. According to the NFL network.
This offseason will see a reunion happen as Bengal faces major decisions regarding two-star receivers, the two-star receivers (Tee Higgins and Ja'marr Chase).
Earlier this week, the Cincinnati franchise tagged Higgins for a season that saw them win two straight games.
Chase, who won the triple crown with 127 catches, 1,708 yards and 17 touchdowns last season, informed him that he wanted a long-term deal from the franchise before becoming an unlimited free agent in the next offseason.
In yet another move this week, the Bengals granted Starpass rusher Tray Hendrixon permission to seek trade.
Quarterback Joe Burrow made it clear he wanted the band to unite.
The 29-year-old Gesicki had one of the best seasons of his career in 2024, catching 65 passes for 665 yards for two touchdowns for the first time in Cincinnati.
In seven NFL seasons, Gesicki has 325 receptions for 3,526 yards and 22 touchdowns, spending time with the dolphins and patriots.
After the final match of Bengal's season in January, Barrow advocated that the team would regain a veteran tight end.
“That guy is so valuable to us all year round, and in my opinion, we need to take it home,” Burrow said on January 4th. All ESPN.
The Bengals hope to return to the postseason after taking playoff photos at 9-8 in each of the last two seasons.
