Fantasy Football Week 11 Update
Welcome to Week 11 of the fantasy football season! It’s a bit quieter this week with only two teams on bye—so unless your roster includes Jonathan Taylor, Chris Olave, or Tyler Warren, you should be in decent shape. If you’re one of those affected, my apologies in advance.
Teams on bye: Denver Broncos, Los Angeles Chargers, Washington Commanders, Miami Dolphins.
Players to watch: Courtland Sutton, Troy Franklin, Ladd McConkie, Quentin Johnston, Keenan Allen, Deebo Samuel, Jaylen Waddle.
Kashon Boutte, Patriots vs. Bengals
Boutte has missed the last couple of games due to a hamstring issue, but coach Mike Vrabel is optimistic about his return to practice on Wednesday. While he hasn’t been a high-volume target, his ability for big plays could be crucial against the Bengals. The team felt his absence, and quarterback Drake Maye will likely be eager to reconnect with him. Prior to the injury, Boutte recorded an impressive 10 receptions for 223 yards and four touchdowns on just 12 targets.
Meanwhile, Chase is currently serving a one-game suspension for an incident involving Jalen Ramsey from the Steelers. He intends to appeal, but if the suspension holds, Andrei Iosivas and Noah Fant might see increased playing time against the Patriots.
Also, Rondon suffered a PCL sprain last week against the Panthers. He’s expected to sit out this week and may be sidelined longer. The Falcons will be without both their starting quarterback and top receiver in their upcoming game against the Saints.
Brian Thomas Jr., Jaguars
Thomas Jr. has been out for the last two games with an ankle injury but was able to take part in limited practices last week. So, there’s a good chance he’ll be back in action against the Cardinals.
Marvin Harrison Jr., Cardinals
Harrison underwent appendicitis surgery last week and won’t be playing this week. While there’s a possibility he could return soon, no official decision has been announced yet. He’ll need to check in on how he’s feeling before the matchup with the Jaguars.
Ridley has been sidelined since Week 6 due to a hamstring injury. Fortunately, he has a bye this week, which should give him a chance to recover for a challenging game against the Texans upon his return.
