Best 100 PPR wide receivers for Week 4 in fantasy football

Week 4 NFL Overview

Week 4 of the NFL season is upon us. One standout player from last week is Tre Tucker of the Raiders. He’s demonstrated some impressive skills, notably achieving eight receptions, three touchdowns, and 145 yards. The question now is—can he replicate that performance against the Bears this week?

Meanwhile, CeeDee Lamb twisted his ankle in Week 3 and is expected to be out for about 3-4 weeks. The team is hoping for a faster return, but the matchup against the Packers is daunting. Even with Lamb’s absence, George Pickens should maintain his role as a must-start wide receiver. Jalen Tolbert and Kavontae Turpin could see some action, but relying on them might not be ideal this week.

Terry McLaurin, Commanders

McLaurin faced a quad injury against the Raiders in Week 3 and is seeking second opinions. His status for Week 4 isn’t looking too promising. If he doesn’t play against the Falcons, players like Deebo Samuel and Jaylin Lane might see some benefits, though it’s hard to predict strong performances from them.

Mike Evans has strained his hamstring and will likely miss 3-4 weeks. Rookie Emeka Egbuka is expected to receive more targets, while Sterling Shepherd could see a bump in opportunities against the Eagles. There’s also a chance that Chris Godwin will make his return from an ankle injury he suffered last season, but currently, Egbuka stands out as the only fantasy option here.

On a different note, Addison’s suspension has ended, allowing him to play in Week 4 against the Steelers. He could emerge as a valuable fantasy receiver, especially facing the Steelers’ struggling defense.

Though limited in practice, the team’s hesitation about shoulder injuries makes this week uncertain. We’ll see if his chances improve as the Chiefs go up against the Ravens, who are sitting at 1-2.

Jennings missed Week 3 due to shoulder and ankle issues. He didn’t practice all week, but there were sightings of him working on the side. The 49ers have upcoming games with the Jaguars, and it’ll be interesting to see if he can return to official practice.

Godwin might be back for Week 4, but it seems risky to trust him in fantasy after such a long recovery from last season’s ankle injury.

Tre Tucker, Raiders vs. Bears

While it’s likely that Tucker won’t match his Week 3 output against the Commanders, he does have a favorable matchup against the Bears, who rank poorly against opposing receivers.

Christian Kirk vs. Titans

The Titans have been generous in allowing fantasy points to wide receivers, having only sacked the quarterback a couple of times in three games. With a shaky offensive line, CJ Stroud and the Texans need every advantage; I think Kirk can step up and provide PPR value this week.
