Destiny's Child had an impromptu reunion as the former trio sang “Happy Birthday” at a swanky soiree on Saturday night.
Beyoncé Knowles, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams performed a special performance of the song while celebrating Rowland's husband Tim Weatherspoon's 50th birthday at the Fleur Room in Los Angeles, Page reports. I found out in Six.
A source said the reunion was a “highlight” for many attendees at a birthday party organized by Roc Nation bosses Lenny Santiago, Carver Green and Rowland.
“Kelly and Tim's sons also joined them to blow out their father's candle,” the source said, referring to the couple's children Titan, 9, and Noah, 3. he added.
The star-studded guest list also included The Weeknd, Kris Jenner, Corey Gamble, and the “Love on Top” singer's husband Jay-Z.

Knowles, 42, Williams, 44, and Rowland, 42, were previously members of the famous girl group formed in 1997.
Despite being the “Crazy in Love” songstress, Withdrew from the group in 2005the trio appears to have remained close friends over the years.
In January 2021, Knowles and Williams dropped everything to compete. Roland's delivery room when she gave birth to her youngest son.
A few months later, Williams shyly said she wouldn't object to the reunion.
“[It] It could be like a fly,” she said in May 2021.
The singer even said she was open to the idea of working with original members LeToya Luckett and LaTavia Roberson.
The two were infamously kicked out of the group in 2000, before Destiny's Child released their hit single “Say My Name.”
“At the end of the day, anything is possible,” Williams added at the time.
