President Joe Biden delivered the biggest speech of his life Thursday night, belting out what was essentially a Democratic convention speech disguised as the State of the Union. The speech was carefully timed after Super Tuesday to frame the presidential election as a “progressive future against recession.” The forerunner of hatred and revenge.
Here are some good and bad points about the speech.
What went right from the Biden camp’s perspective —
1. This speech rallied the Democratic base with a series of Democratic red meat proposals.
The president has proposed nearly every policy, including increasing Pell grants, increasing prescription drug benefits, banning assault rifles, and taxing the wealthy and big corporations, all while stressing that unions are the backbone of American workers. admitted that.
