Biden-Harris Parole Pipeline Frees 1.3 Million Migrants into U.S. Communities

President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris' parole plan would see more than 1.3 million immigrants released into American communities — nearly half of all births in the U.S. in a year.

On Wednesday, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said: Numbers The August report showed that Biden-Harris' parole pipeline continues to release tens of thousands of migrants each month into the U.S. interior at the southern border and via commercial aircraft.

Between January 2023 and August 2024, more than 1.3 million migrants were released into American communities through the border immigration mobile app CBP One and the CHNV program, which allows migrants to fly from their home countries to the United States.

For comparison, the number of immigrants entering the United States through the parole pipeline is roughly half of the annual U.S. birth rate and exceeds the residential populations of Austin, Texas, Charlotte, North Carolina, and Indianapolis, Indiana.

Since the launch of CBP One, the Biden-Harris administration has welcomed about 813,000 migrants into the US. Migrants entering through the app are primarily from Venezuela, Cuba, Mexico and Haiti. The app allows migrants to make an appointment at the border and receive parole to enter the US interior.

Similarly, the CHNV program, which was suspended for several weeks by the Department of Homeland Security due to widespread fraud, brought some 530,000 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans into American communities.

More than 110,000 Cubans, more than 210,000 Haitians, about 93,000 Nicaraguans, and about 117,000 Venezuelans have traveled to the United States and obtained parole through the CHNV program.
