Biden ‘Knows What Is Happening’

President-elect Donald Trump said Monday at a press conference at Mar-a-Lago that “the government knows what's going on” regarding mysterious drones over parts of the United States.

During a question-and-answer session at a press conference, President Trump responded to a reporter's request for comment on the mysterious drones that have been spotted across the United States, saying, “The government knows what's going on.”

“Our military knows where they took off from. If it's a garage, they can get into that garage right away. They know where it came from and where it went. But for some reason I don't want to comment,” Trump said, noting that the government should be honest with the American people.

“And I think they'd better say what it is. Our military knows, our president knows,” he said of President Biden, who also spoke on the subject. He declined to provide details.

“And for some reason they want to keep people anxious,” Trump said.

“I can't imagine it was an enemy. If it was an enemy, I would have blown it up,” he continued.

“Something strange is going on. For some reason they don't want to tell the public, and they should, because the public really, I mean, happens to be beyond Bedminster if they want to know the truth.” Mr. Trump said. “They're right near Bedminster.”

President Trump joked that he might not spend the weekend in Bedminster. “I have decided to cancel my trip.”

President Trump's comments come as the Pentagon denies that the drones, many of which were seen over parts of New Jersey and New York, are controlled by foreign entities or by the U.S. military. It came out a few days later. At the same time as these claims, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) released a joint statement, which also did not provide details. Rather, DHS and FBI said that based on current evidence, drones do not pose a national security threat. However, questions remain unanswered.

“Mysterious drones have been seen all over the country. Is this really happening without the government's knowledge? I don't think so! It's time to let the people know, or shoot them down. !!!” President Trump said Friday on Truth Social.
