President Biden will win Tuesday night's New Hampshire primary, the Fox News Decision Desk predicts.
Biden will claim victory only on write-in votes because he failed to file with the state last year.
No delegates will be assigned Tuesday night because the primary is not sanctioned, but the Democratic National Committee is expected to consider the issue in the future.
Biden is expected to defeat Democratic rivals, including Minnesota Rep. Dean Phillips and self-help author Marianne Williamson, who are likely to finish in double digits.
Phillips entered the campaign seeking a “new generation of leaders.”
Biden's victory is symbolic. There will be no delegates tonight due to a dispute between the DNC and New Hampshire over which state should vote first.
Live Updates: New Hampshire Primary
The state's Democratic Party has launched a write-in campaign to prevent the president from embarrassing himself in the election as he seeks a second term in the White House.

Mr. Biden last year proposed a nominating calendar for the 2024 election cycle, changing New Hampshire from its No. 1 status in the nation and South Carolina, a more diverse state that Mr. Biden won in a landslide in 2020. It was planned to be replaced by the state. This victory ultimately led to him being selected as the Democratic nominee and ultimately elected to the White House.
However, Biden finished fifth in the 2020 New Hampshire primary.
But New Hampshire ignored the proposal and moved up its primary in accordance with state law that requires presidential primaries to be held seven days before similar races.
