Biden’s DOJ Used ‘Law to Terrorize the Innocent and Reward the Wicked’

WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump in his speech Friday highlighted the “abuse that occurred inside the Department of Justice (DOJ)” and said former President Joe Biden's DOJ “used the law to terrorize innocent people.”

If dropped after winning the November election, Trump, criminally pursued twice by Biden's DOJ, was torn apart by “a corrupt group of hacking and extremists” who “weaponized” intelligence and law enforcement.

He said:

Unfortunately, in recent years, corrupt groups of hacking and extremists within the US government's ranks have wiped out the trust and goodwill built up over generations. They armed the vast power of our intelligence reporting agencies and law enforcement in order to thwart the will of the American people.

Pointing to a letter from 51 Intelligence Agency officials ahead of the 2020 election, Trump has said that he has been targeted in many ways, saying that he does not trust Hunter Biden laptop stories as one example of Russia's disinformation.

They spyed on my campaigns, started surgeries of hoaxes and disformation one after another, broke the law on a huge scale, persecuting my family, staff and supporters, storming my home, Mar Lago, and did everything in their power to prevent me from becoming President of the United States.

Trump continued to call former President Joe Biden and former Attorney General Merrick Garland directly.

“The betrayal of American values could not be more betrayal of American values than terrorizing innocent people and rewarding the evil ones. That's what they've been doing at a level they've never seen before,” he said.

Garland appointed special advisor Jack Smith. Jack Smith ultimately led to two federal accusations against Trump. One was a classified document, and the other was supposing Trump's challenge in the 2020 election. The unprecedented indictment came in particular after Trump was abolished for more than two years and launched his third presidential campaign.

“Our predecessor has turned this Department of Justice into a fraudulent department,” Trump said in a speech Friday. “But I stand before you today and declare that those days are over, and they will never come back.”

In addition to the federal incidents, Trump faced two incidents at the state level. The first was a New York Business Records case, where he was sentenced to unconditional discharge. In other words, he was not punished, but his beliefs stood. Another case is in Georgia, surrounding the challenges of the 2020 presidential election.
