President Joe Biden’s legal battle against former President Donald Trump has “totally backfired for the Democratic Party,” said Carolyn Leavitt, a spokeswoman for the Trump 2024 national campaign. Breitbart News Saturday.
Breitbart News Saturday Moderator Matthew Boyle, Washington bureau chief for Breitbart News, pointed to a series of recent polls showing that Trump’s approval rating has actually risen since his controversial guilty verdict by a Manhattan jury.
“The trial of Vicious Joe Biden has completely backfired for the Democrats. I don’t know when they’re going to stop marginalizing Donald Trump, but nothing is going to stop or delay them from exposing the truth about Democrat corruption and weaponization of our justice system,” Leavitt began, explaining that the majority of Americans saw the trial as a form of election interference and completely saw through it.
“That was their whole strategy: keep President Trump locked in court for hours a day, four days a week. And while they were doing that, he was raising more money than them. In April, President Trump raised more money in this campaign than Joe Biden and the Democrats for the first time. After the embarrassing verdict was handed down, President Trump raised $53 million in 24 hours. And the most remarkable thing about that is, 30% of those donors were new donors to our campaign, to any political campaign,” she said, explaining that these people were Americans who were showing up “because people are fed up.”

“Americans believe in fairness and justice, but what happened to President Trump in that courtroom is simply not that,” she said, adding that Trump’s legal team continues to fight a “witch hunt in Fulton County, Georgia, in Washington, D.C. and in New York.”
“The truth is coming out in all of these cases. President Trump is being vindicated. And his ultimate exoneration will come on November 5th when he wins this election, because the American people will see through this bullshit that Joe Biden, Merrick Garland, Jack Smith, Alvin Bragg, Letitia James and Fanny Willis have perpetrated against our justice system,” she predicted.
