President Joe Biden’s extensive catch-and-release network includes a parole pipeline for hundreds of thousands of border crossers and illegal immigrants each month, including the skull of a Chesapeake, Virginia police officer. It reportedly welcomed an illegal immigrant woman accused of having a broken bone.
Yakarelli Diaz Castro (30), an illegal immigrant from Nicaragua, arrested And earlier this month, he was charged with causing serious injury while driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, and failing to proceed toward a parked vehicle with a warning light on.
John Feer, a former Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer and director of research at the Center for Immigration Studies, said Diaz Castro was particularly vulnerable to the nearly two million border crossers and illegal immigrants released into American society through Biden’s parole pipeline. He said he was just one of the residents.

Police said Diaz Castro was driving drunk when he hit a police officer who stopped another car on the side of the highway. The police patrol car had its emergency lights on.
Police said Diaz Castro drove his car into an officer’s patrol car and the officer crashed through a guardrail. The police officer was rushed to a nearby hospital and is being treated for serious injuries, including skull and spinal fractures.
During the investigation, police said Diaz Castro smelled alcohol and had several empty beer cans in the car at the time of the accident. Diaz Castro is said to have confessed to drinking at a bar just before the crash.
Diaz Castro is currently being held without bail.
