“You can’t set your own prices,” Lee reportedly claimed, adding that customers told him, “No one will miss you.”
“It was a threat,” Emma recalled. “It’s fine if he was furious about the price of a drink and attacked me, but was it inappropriate for me to respond?”
The altercation began after the customer ordered a 32-ounce coffee and a 24-ounce water, totaling $22 for the drinks, and the barista said the customer fought back, arguing that he should pay less for the drinks.
Reactions to the video were mixed, with some blaming the barista and others saying it was the customer who made the situation worse.
I’m not sure what he expected, coffee is expensive especially in a place like Seattle.

Customer service in Seattle is becoming pretty enthusiastic.
Barista by day, Avenger by need.
If coffee doesn’t wake you up, maybe bashing your car with a hammer will do the trick.

There is no one to root for. Her lack of remorse is very striking.
