Bill Belichick was on a plane with his current girlfriend, Jordan Hudson, in February 2021, and based on photos of their first meeting, they seemed to be in high spirits. TMZ announced the news on Tuesday..
The 72-year-old former Patriots head coach, whose romance with the 24-year-old former cheerleader was revealed earlier this month, was seen wearing a Rutgers University sweatshirt next to Hudson, who was smiling in a white shirt.
During his first interaction with Hudson, Belichick was fascinated by his philosophy project. According to TMZ:The six-time Super Bowl-winning Patriots coach even signed a copy of her textbook, “Deductive Logic.”
“Thanks Jordan for the logic lesson! Safe travels!” Belichick wrote before signing.
He also listed Super Bowls 36, 38, 39, 49, 51 and 53, which he won with the Patriots.
Belichick and Hudson’s relationship became romantic following his split from longtime girlfriend Linda Holliday.
Page Six reported In September 2023, it was reported that Belichick and Holiday had been “experiencing a protracted, back-and-forth breakup for nearly a year.”
A few months later, Belichick and the Patriots parted ways after 24 seasons together, finishing with a dismal 4-13 record in their final season.
He applied for the Falcons’ head coaching vacancy last season, which ultimately went to Raheem Morris.
Belichick’s post-Patriots tour included a stop at Gillette Stadium last week, where he congratulated former quarterback Tom Brady on being inducted into the team’s Hall of Fame and having his No. 12 jersey retired.
The legendary duo won six titles together before the 46-year-old Brady was traded to Tampa Bay after the 2019 season.
“Coach Belichick, thank you for your tireless efforts in developing and pushing me to be the best I can be,” Brady said at the Patriots Hall of Fame induction ceremony this month. “It wasn’t me, it wasn’t you, it was us.”
Hudson also attended the celebration honoring Brady, according to images shared on social media.
