Bill Belichick attended a panel at NYU without Jordon Hudson.

Bill Belichick seems to be enlisting Jordon Hudson to help shape his public image.

This was evident during a recent event.

The six-time Super Bowl-winning coach and the University of North Carolina soccer coach conversed with former Bears vice president of Communications, Brandon Faber, at NYU’s Stern School of Business, as reported by Page Six.

Hudson, who is 24, was reportedly in New York but didn’t make an appearance at the event.

Pro Football Talk noted that Belichick spoke as Faber showed support for him.

Details shared on social media revealed more about the event’s atmosphere, according to radio host Zach Gelb.

Gelb also mentioned that there was no indication Hudson would be attending the NYU event, nor was there specific mention of her relationship with the 73-year-old coach.

Belichick took questions but they had to be pre-submitted, Gelb wrote.

The NYU gathering primarily centered on Belichick’s insights on leadership and team dynamics from his experience as the head coach of the Patriots.

Interest in Hudson’s role with Belichick has intensified following a difficult interview he conducted for CBS Sunday Morning in April. During that interview, Hudson was labeled as a “constant presence,” prompting questions about their relationship.

It seems Hudson has been acting almost as Belichick’s manager. The soccer coach mentioned having “personal and professional relationships” with her, suggesting her influence has garnered attention.

“It’s possible that cooler heads are starting to take the lead,” a source told Page Six, hinting that Hudson’s impact might be diminishing.

This unfolding narrative arose even before Belichick’s inaugural regular-season game at UNC.

Belichick is stepping into the college football arena for the first time in his extensive coaching career, having spent nearly fifty years in the NFL.
