After reports last week that Belichick had not yet signed a UNC contract sparked further speculation that the 72-year-old might be considering a return to the NFL, the university announced Wednesday that Belichick had not yet signed a UNC contract. After signing, he terminated his full five-year contract with Belichick on Thursday.
