“Real Time” host Bill Maher criticized Democrats for their current campaign strategy of attacking only former President Trump.
Maher complained at the beginning of Friday night's panel discussion that he feels “kicked out” by the Republican primary because President Trump is deftly defeating his remaining competitor, a former U.N. ambassador. Ta. Nikki Haley.
“I can't even audition for a reality show called Elections…I feel like I'm being disrespected as a citizen,” Maher quipped.

He also sounded the alarm about President Biden's “double debt,” but polls over the past few months have shown him losing among “Hispanics” and “people under 35.” .
“Let's take the first one. That's immigration. Or at least that's what the Democrats seem to think. And yet they continue to lose Hispanics to the party that's currently razor-thin.” “It's a political party with a lot of people in it,” Maher said. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott is at the center of a legal battle with the Biden administration for installing razor wire on the southern border.

“I also don't think it's a great strategy to base a Democratic campaign on the idea of, 'Why do we like this person?!' Because some people just…why he? You might want to think about whether you're winning among people who are 'rapists and do drugs,''' Maher continued, performing a Trump impersonation. “Maybe there's a fly in that ointment.”

The HBO host then addressed Biden's struggle to win over young voters, blaming it on the “wedge issue” that has divided Democrats over the Israel-Hamas war.
“Children love Hamas,” Maher said, slamming “October 7 deniers” who reject the atrocities committed by the terrorist organization against Israeli civilians.
